i bougth a new Osmo Mobile 3.
When starting the app and connecting to the Osmo I only get the followoing message.
"Device activation failed. Please contact DJI support."
Theres was only one time when it was connected and working. Since this I cannot connect to the app.
The bluthooth reset doesn't help.

Hello, here the picture.
No error code only the message in German.
I tried also an IPhone XR but same problem.
Please make sure the DJI Mino is up to date, then follow the video below to activate it again, if the issue persists, please provide me with the Serial Number of this unit for further assistance.
