Hello,

I am embarrassed to say that I was given a new Phantom 4 for my birthday in 2017, only tried to fly it 2x, and put it away, because I needed lessons to fly so I wouldn't destroy it.

As time passed, I never got back to using it, until now. We've moved to a new home, and I have lots of room to learn to fly, safely.

I have 4 batteries, and was able to charge three of them, but the fourth one doesn't charge.

When I plug it in, the Power Light comes on, and LED4 starts flashing, but then both lights go off (see attached video).

This battery was barely used. Is there any fix?

Here is the video of whats happening...

Hi Blair, I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your battery. It is not recommended to store the battery for a long time without maintenance, doing so may over-discharge the battery and cause irreparable battery cell damage. You may check the Phantom 4 Series Intelligent Flight Battery Safety Guidelines to know more information about the battery maintenance, hope this can help you. https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... y+Guidelines+En.pdf

DJI provides 6 months warranty period for batteries. Since your batteries have been out of the warranty period, sorry that you are unable to enjoy the warranty service. You may refer to DJI after-sales service polices from this link: https://www.dji.com/service/policy. Should there anything else I can assist you with, please feel free to let me know. Thanks.
