Case number is gone?

I created a new case for repair,  I was given a case number and a pre-paid shipping label.   The UPS delivered the package today and I wanted to see if it had been checked in.  I logged into Repair Center under My Case and the case no longer exists in my profile?   Not under "To be handled"  not under Processing and not under history?  

The case number on the shipping label is CAS-4333818-J2C2J6.  What gives?
