When you talk about color temperature of phone screens, light bulbs, etc, the higher are the Kelvins the colder is colour (a shift towards blue) with 6500K is being the sweet spot. In mavic mini the higher is the K, the warmer is the picture and 6500 K is quite warm...

Anyone? Any thoughts?

Because in digital photography/videography you’re adjusting the white balance and not the actual temperature of the light source.

In essence you’re adding the opposite light temperature to balance out the image so it works opposite of true colour temperature.
