Dear DJI,
Got my Osmo mobile 3 today. sooo first off i unboxing and than i try to turn it on. it wont. i try to check the battery on the led. so no blink.
so i change my OM3 with samsung fast charger. and it power on and connect to my phone. update the version to 01.00.00.70. so i try to unplug the usb. it turn off immedilly.
so now i have been charging for 3 hours. when i unplug the usb and press the power button(M) and it wont power up.

so
i CAN NOT power on without UNplug the usb charger.*
i try reinstall the app. clean all the date etc.
i try reset the OM3.
*OM3 plug in to usb charger it charge from 1 led to 3 led. and after couples blink it wont turn on anymore.
when i connected to my phone it said the battery 20% and than jump to full
unplug usb. om3 die right away.


please help.

Sorry forget to post. Iam using samsung Galaxy S9+ android 10.

Sorry for this, have you tried other chargers?  Could you please provide a video about this issue for better assistance?  

I went back to the store where i bought it. He gave me a new replacement for it. Is all good now. It work super great. Better than geat.
