Hi does anyone know how to calibrate the infrared sensors on the mavic 2 ? I am getting an error msg code 4004000 for upper and lower sensors saying calibration error and have tried sensor calibration via assistant 2, imu and compass calibrations. Still getting the warning messages after this. Just wondering if there is an easy solution to this as to send in to DJI at present is warning of delays. Not sure if the euro  repair centre is operational at present due to the Covid situation.

Hello there Andym123. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try to recalibrate your DJI Mavic 2 Pro once again. The sensors of the DJI Mavic 2 Pro can be calibrated using the DJI Assistant 2 which is also downloadable using this link: https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads . You may refer to the video below for your tutorial of calibration as well. For additional information, it's recommended to set the video resolution of the monitor into default and use 14-inch or monitor during the calibration. Please keep us posted and thank you.

Hi DJI Stephen, Thank you for your reply. does this tutorial recalibrate the upper and lower infrared sensors as it seems to only be showing the process for the vision sensors. I have posted a screenshot of warning msg.

Hey! I have the same problem and don’t want to send it to DJI. Have been in touch with the 4004000 error and dji don’t even want to tell me what it is.
Did you manage to solve the problem?
