After the firmware update 2 weeks ago I wanted to activate my new Mavic Air 2. But now I got the following message: Device activation not allowed. Please contact DJI Support (1112). On 17.5.20 email to support. Answer on 19.5.20 please give me the serial number of your product. Since then radio silence What can I do now?

An email came from support today. I had to provide photo of the invoice, photo of the proof of purchase and photo of the proof of delivery as well as name, phone number, address and serial number of Craft, remote controller and batteries.

Receive email: I have to send the MA2 back to DJI for inspection

this can take a while

i think i will cancel the order ..... maybe :-(

same i got some sort of activation error and i had to send my MA2 back to amazon for a replacement. i hope this will solve the problem
