I just got my Mavic Air 2. I can't remove the battery from the drone. I pushed on both of the buttons on the side pretty hard and tried to jiggle the battery.

Hi. You've got to exert some upward pressure on the battery while pressing the side buttons and slightly pull the battery towards the rear of the drone. Hope this will help.

I haven't noticed any swelling, but then I always let them cool first. Just a coincidence.

Same issue, brand new, battery wont turn off, nor will it come off... tried the above help idea.. didn't work.
two hours later, it melted a hole in the side of the battery, had to pry the battery out. sending it all back.

Hi Mr OZ, sorry for the late response, please press the buckles on the sides of the battery and at the same time, pull up to see if it works.
