Can't seem to connect the air unit to Assistant 2.

Goggles connected and updated just fine, air unit and goggles bind just fine. I get video through the Goggles.

Computer detects air unit. Beeps when I plug it in, pops up as DJI Air Unit, installs drivers, I see it in Device Manager. Tried 5 different USB cables. Updated drivers. Reinstalled assistant several times. Nothing has worked. Even tried two different air units.

What should I try next? Due to COVID I can't really test on another computer.

Yes. As mentioned both goggles and computer detect the camera. That could not happened if it was not powered on

Any other suggestions?

Hey Jacob, I’m running into the exact same issue and I haven’t found a solution yet either, please keep me posted if you’ve found a fix for this. I’ve already took apart and reassembled my quad twice just to make sure I’m not missing anything.

Are you using a Mac by any chance? There is an issue with the hORNdis drivers & the latest Mac OS

disable virus checker etc. dissable driver signing... and...
