I found a thread from January talking about this problem but I did not find any answers so.....in that thread there were thirty people experiencing the problem so obviousley this is not unique.
I just did what I thought was an upgrade and purchased a Ronin-S. I have been using a Zhiyun Crane plus and saw enough videos of gimbal users to feel like the DJI product, all things being equal, was a more stable system.
Unfortunately no matter how much I practice there is a slight wobble in the roll access of my Ronin-S and maybe a little tiny bit in the pan access. I shoot interiors so this is making my footage unusable. The horizon and verticals have to be rock solid for interiors and I just can't achieve it with the Ronin-S.
I have done the basics, ran a balancing test, run the auto calibration. made sure the firmware is the latest, tried different speed, deadband settings etc but it makes no difference.
Anyone have any suggestions because tomorrow I am calling B&H and asking for a return on this but I would rather fix the problem than return it.
Help!!!!!
