I Just received my Osmo Mobile 3 and I have follwed all the steps to activate it. The battery is fully charged, the phone is balanced i go into the app and connect the device and it takes me straight through to the camera without any prompt to activate the device. The device doesn't work at all.

same here just received, never ask to activate, i tested with a my iphone 6s and a nokia 2.0, like you, straight trough camera never ask to activate and my led is bliking green no matter what

you could solve this, the same thing is happening to me and I don't know what to do
