I have a client who wants some MSX images of building facades and roofing.  When I take the photos with the XT2, you can clearly see that MSX feature works (when viewing the image in Windows Photo Viewer).  But when the client loads the image into his FLIR software, the MSX data is going, and he is left with only a thermal image.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
