Is it just me or are the new "quieter" propellars really hard to get on and off? I got my P4P V2 today (replaces my P4P) and it was a struggle getting the propellars on and off. I got out an old set from my P4P and they take very little effort to get on or off.

Tolerances may have been tightened up for some reason.......tight should be better than lose.

JetSam, my issue is that I have to push down and twist really hard to get the propellers on and off. My concern is that I'm going to break plastic mounting brackets. The old style goes on with very little effort.

Randy, if you have pair of the new ones and find they are just as easy to put on as the old ones, then I've got a bad batch.  I'd like for someone from DJI to weigh in on this.

Dennis,  all my props...V1 and V2 fit fine on both aircraft.

I ordered some replacements ($16) to see if they fit better. They should be in the next day or so and I'll post an update. Thank you for replying.

Nice!   Be sure BEFORE you try to install to look and see if there is a defect/difference in the prop hubs.

Absolutely! I haven't flown as much as some up here, but I've mounted propellers enough in the past three years to know when they don't feel right.

Very interesting.  I have the quiet props & a standard  set.
Always felt there was very little difference in sound level,  although as you say - the two types do have a different sound.
Now I use whichever set comes to hand first.

I have not yet used the new low noise in my repaired and saved from water Phantom 4

They came in the box with the drone, so I would guess so.

For what it's worth, I have P4A+ and have both sets of propellers.

In my experience, no matter if I fit the originals or the quieter versions, they fit on & off the same.

By default, I always use the quieter versions, not that you can easily tell.

The two vehicles are designed differently.

Low Noise Props

I have no issues with my 2.0 props on my v1 , i also prefer them to the v1 props, they are a much lower pitched sound thus making it easier to talk to your buddy, before the sound was higher pitched, like a loud mossy, now its like a loud bee lol there is deffo a big difference, for me anyway...
