Good morning, sir,

I can't log in with my account on my agras MG-1S remote.
I have upgraded the remote to V2.3.0.0.

But as soon as I validate my personal code, nothing happens.
So I can't start a task with the drone.

When I validate my password, a small window appears with "Sign in" and "Cancel" on the line below.

I've tried to change my password several times but it doesn't matter.
I've tried another wi-fi connection and nothing either.

Somebody help me.

Hi Nicolas, the latest firmware of Remote Controller is v4.1.1.0, it is recommended to update the aircraft and the RC to the latest version to try again.

And now my drone won't start.
When I connect the battery, the esc flashes yellow simultaneously and then alternately yellow after a few seconds.
The aircraft status indicator stays off.

I tried to connect the drone to the DJI assistant for MG but it was impossible.
I uploaded DJI Assistant for MG on my laptop and it doesn't change anything.
I tried to reconnect the drone to the remote via "c1+c2+spray" and the lionk botton on the drone and nothing either.

And I think the drone is well connected to the remote but the button on the remote is green, and yet on the remote app, the drone is disconnected.

Can you help me
