Hi, I don't remember where I found them but I bought solder mounted spring connectors similar to these (measure space between pins to get the right ones)

I soldered them on blank circuit board pieces, on which I soldered wires leading to ethernet plugs

I don't even know which pin is accessory detect, I just connected all the pins to get through the cable so gimbal sees the focus knob as if it was directly attached.
Through a bit of trial and error, I adjusted circuit boards into plastic box holes to fit in contact position both sides, and used M4 nuts made for 3D printed pieces to attach the knob on sender box, and M4 bolts coming through receiver box to attach to gimbal.
