Hello,

I updated my Z30 camera to latest firmware and now my camera is not responding.   When initializing the camera make one move that stops it does not go through the normal initializing.   I do not get an image nor is the camera recognized by controller.   I am using the camera on the M210 version 1 with a cendence controller and crystal sky.

Hi Ed, sorry for the trouble with the gimbal, was the firmware of Z30 updated successfully? Does it happen in Gimbal Connector I and II?

Hi Mindy,

Yes the firmware updated successfully.  I tried it both I and II and makes no difference.
