Hi all,

I have just recieved my brand new Mavic Air 2, I bought it in amazon and every time I try to activate my account i get the message error code (1112), I have tried in an iOS device and also in an android device.

Looking in this forum I found that is becouse the serial number of my drone is reported as stolen, can you help me to resolve this?

The drone needs sent to DJI or you need to return to amazon and go for another luck of the draw.

Sorry for the troubles on the activation, may I have the serial number fo your drone for further calrification?

Yup, I'm having the same issue. I can't believe this. Why are we getting drones that can't even boot up right outside of the box, DJI? Is there no quality inspection before you ship all of them out? Like, what's the plan here? Seriously, I've paid $1600 CAD to experience the joys of postal service delay? I'm so disappointed with this...
