does anyone here knows how to fix my problem right now, last night I was trying to update  my P4 firmware from v02.00.0700 to the latest firmware but it didn't go through and it says FIRMWARE UPDATE FAILED, ERROR LOG in DJI ASSISTANT 2 I restore factory setting but still same . . . . does how experience this kind of problem and get it fix???? TIA for someone who can help.....

thats the DJI Assistant I used but still not working
I tried using this two assistant (except mavic assistant) but still none of them is working
