I brought out Osmo Pocket, Fimi Palm and Feiyou Pocket for side by side footage comparison.



Last time the Feiyu Pocket had so many issue and out matched by other two, so I have been waited for some firmware update.
But it seems the wait is not over for Feiyu Pocket.







In fact, Fimi Palm recently had a manual shutter speed update and now the gimbal is much more stable.
(in some case, more stable than Osmo Pocket. Only a little bit of case...)



Still Osmo Pocket is the supreme of them all, I really want DJI to bring out Osmo Pocket 2 to raise the bar above the cloud.

The Fimi Palm certainly produces some really good pictures - and looks like it outperforms the OP pretty significantly in low light with far less noise in the blacks.

Feiyu is nowhere close.

Fimi Palm indeed produce pleasing image with its wide angle lens and very satisfying to its low price.


However Fimi Palm is applying very heavy noise reduction to high ISO.
Seeing the original footage, it lost a lot of fine detail and color data compare to Osmo Pocket.
The other hand, Osmo Pocket allows the color noise in the high ISO footage but retaining all the fine details and color. So for the people who can reduce the noise in the editing, Osmo Pocket gives much more control and better data to work with.

But I guess, for casual mobile editing or viewing on the phone's small screen, Fimi Palm's low light footage is acceptable.
