I was wondering if it's possible to discharge a battery by switching it on with no aircraft connected and then waiting for the power drawn from the LEDs to drain it to storage level? Is this safe or potentially harmful?
The battery has an automatic discharge facility, all you need to do is set the number of days before it kicks in. But, do not press the battery status button during this time, as it resets the timer. You can set the number of days before discharge in the aircraft settings.
