Just wondering if anyone knows how to reduce the sensitivity of the DJI fpv remote controller sticks? I have looked for threads and videos and have not been able to find any relating this.

There's a whole bunch of things you can do in that regard. Load up Betaflight, connect your drone then head on over to the PID Tuning section. You'll want to take a look at the RC Rate, Expo and Super rates to suit your needs. Do a search for "Betaflight Quick Start" and "RC Rate, Expo, Super Rate Explained" in Google and you'll be on the right path.
