Hello. On Tuesday, 26/05/2020, I bought and activated the Mavic 2 Air drone in an authorized DJI ARS store. I am a new user and did not know that there is such a thing as DJI Care Refresh. When I found out about it on Monday 01/06/2020, i.e. 6 days later, I bought the Dji Care Refresh code, but the seller informed me that I had only 48 hours to activate DJI Care Refresh after the first activation of the drone. So I recorded the verification film and sent it via the appropriate form together with the drone serial number. Unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation by e-mail and to this day I have not received any answer if I can use my code to run DJI Care Refresh.
