Hello DJI,

my osmo pocket records video with audio out of sync (4 frames). I have to correct this everytime in editing.  I use the newest firmware and a fast Samsung EVO 128gb card. I saw on the internet that several people had that problem. I film in 4k 25 frames. Any ideas how to solve this?

Hello there Christian. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Are you able to use a different suggested SD card to see if the issue will still persist and for reference I will post the list of suggested SD cards for the DJI Osmo Pocket. In addition are you able to post a sample video footage showing the said issue. Thank you.

My card is a Samsung EVO Plus Micro SDXC 128GB bis zu 100MB/s, Class 10 U3. I will try a different one, too.

This bug as been reported but it appears DJI is not addressing it.
