Hello together,
my name is Peter and I come from Amberg In Bavaria/Germany. I purchased a DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise some days ago and so I am an absolute beginner. Of course I have already tried out some things and one problem occured. I wanted to take pictures with the camera, but I can neither find them on the SD card of the drone nor on the smart controler. Where are the pictures stored?

For Mavic 2 Pro, it works like this :

If you did not select to store them on the SD-card, they will be stored on the internal memory of the drone.
If you connect the drone with USB cable, you will find them in the explorer.  If you select to store on the SD-card, they will be written on the SD-card.
I only take the images/movies from the drone itselve, as these are stored in high quality.  Pictures/movies on the controller are reduced in quality.
