Hello,When I turn on mi Mavic Air it moves the propellers and the gimbal but it does not start and the led stays on fixed in yellow. I tried to connect the drone to the DJI Assistant but it is not recognized by the computer either. Any recommendation or experience in this regard? Any comment will be appreciated.

Hello there Sergio. I am sorry for the troubles that it caused. May we know if your remote controller is still connected to the aircraft? If yes, is there any error message on the DJI GO 4 app? Would it be possible if you could provide a short video in this situation?
