Hello there Sergio. I am sorry for the troubles that it caused. May we know if your remote controller is still connected to the aircraft? If yes, is there any error message on the DJI GO 4 app? Would it be possible if you could provide a short video in this situation? In addition, I would recommend downloading the DJI Assistant 2 once again and update the firmware to see if the issue will persist. Kindly see the link below for you to download the said application.
