first of all, my name is Matthias, I live in Berlin, and after the Mavic Mini I am now owning the Mavic Air 2, which is really a great piece of tech.

However, there is one thing which gives me a headache and I did not find a solution (or anyone else who had this). When I take a freshly loaded battery and put it in the drone, the DJI Fly App shows me something between 82 and 90% battery, never more, even if the battery should be fully charged. I do not get and never got any error messages, so I have no idea what that might be and if this can be fixed somehow.
Hello there Matthias. Thank you for reaching out and for choosing DJI. Have you tried to refresh the firmware of both the DJI Mavic Air 2 and of the said drones intelligent flight battery? Please keep us posted fro further assistance. In addition, the video you have filmed using your DJI Mavic Air 2 is wonderful. Great work and please fly safe always.
