Phantom 3 pro has been flying well, but after last flight, it landed and when I went to another location it would not take off. The ESC message came up also battery error showed. I have been stuck on the ground since and my head is going with it.  I am on 1,11.20 firmware but was told to ask for vision 1.11,03 .I have tried another controller and its all linked up correctly but that's not working either.

Is it normal for a drone to take off and land, then not work at all, there was no damage or crash and also a soft landing.
I did notice the day before that drone would not take off in auto but started in manual, the next day it started in the auto take off.
As I say it has not worked since.

Please can someone assist me in getting back in the blue

Hello there dazoo. I am sorry for the inconvenience and to know that you are having issues with your DJI Phantom 3 Pro. Upon knowing that the said drone did not have any hard landings or crash before. Can you please try to perform the firmware update of your DJI Phantom 3 Professional to see if you still receive the same exact error message ( https://www.dji.com/phantom-3-pro/info#downloads ). After the firmware is updated for both RC and AC please try to restart your aircraft multiple times to see if the error message would disappear? If the problem persists, I would recommend contacting our support using the link below for a further evaluation of your unit. For additional information, the repair fee would depend on the outcome of the assessment and the warranty of our DJI Product. Thank you for your support.
