Sorry. cannot translate chinese but i am sure someone will be able to offer assistance.

"Who is Number 1?"
"You are, Number 2"....

It's a safety warning about something that is expired or lost? Damn those simplified Chinese words. Why can't they just keep the things as they were.

Have you tried Google translator for it? It works great, just keep in mind: don't use complex words, sentences or paragraphs. Keep it simple and always do the reverse translation and you will be fine. I always use it whil travelling. For translating documents, I always use some professional service like https://isaccurate.com/japanese-translation-services, but for everyday life  Google Translate could work well with simple phrases. Just avoid inputting long and complex sentences..
