The height is 711.3 m. Originally called Jongnamsan Mountain, Queen Jinsung of Silla renamed it Naeyeonsan after avoiding the Gyeongeun's rebellion. It was designated as a county park on October 1, 1983.
At the southern foot of the mountain, about 30 kilometers north of Pohang, there are Gocheok Bogyeongsa Temple and its affiliated hermitages Seounam and Munsuam.
To this point is blamed as one of the (慶北三景) around, Gyeongbuk, Korea 3 whole neighborhood in search of the picturesque a good tourist attractions, the chief policeman Naeyeonsan namnok a flowing through donghaeGapchon concentrated in the valley. In Gapcheon Valley, 12 waterfalls with a height of 7 to 30 meters, including win-win width, Gwaneum width, and Yeonsan width, 50 to 100 meters high, including Sinseondae and Haksodae, and dozens of Yongdam in depth, are continuously visited by tourists.
