Hi, after the last Dji fly update I am not compatible to update app or to reinstall it. My device is Meizu 16th. Does someone know what's going on?

Hi there killgara. I am sorry for the trouble the has caused you and thank you for reaching out. Upon checking the said mobile device ( Meizu 16th ) that your are trying to use on your DJI Mavic Mini and with the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said drone and with the said application. We would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Mavic Mini and with the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Meizu 16th will be able to work on the DJI Mavic Mini and with the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said drone and with the said application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while using it on the DJI Mavic Mini. For reference I will post a link where in you can check the recommended mobile devices for the DJI Mavic Mini ( https://www.dji.com/mavic-mini/downloads ). Hi there killgara. Thank you for the reply and for the addition information you have given. The Meizu 16th might have worked before the firmware update bus since it is not a recommended mobile device for your DJI Mavic Mini we are not sure that it will be able to work with the succeeding update. Rest assure that our DJI R&D Team are continuously testing multiple devices to be added on the said list in the future. Again I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for your understanding.

Hi there, I have the same problem, i can't download the app on my phone (LG Q60) or any phone at home. It is too limited app. Is there any way to download it? I have a drone but i can't use it, im quite disappointed whit it. I have tried with 4 phones and still can't download it. I bought the mavic mini because it should be simple to use it. I can download the app to fly a Mavic Pro, Air, phantom, etc.. but the only drone i can't fly iis the mini.. so funny.. i think i will return it back.

I downloaded from the site, check the firs reply from thread and install manually. Should work

I tried, but it didn't work.. I'll have to buy a new phone..
