I have sent in a Mavic Air 2 drone to Netherlands for repair.

It was delivered by UPS last tuesday.

I have since then been waiting for the status to update to (at least) " To be Received", which is step two out of six in the progress.


I contacted support about this earlier today and I was told that it would be esculated.

Now when I check "My Case" under the support tab the page is completely blank.

The "My Case" page is empty and the "My Adress" page is empty, there is nothing there.

What have happened?

Hi Mailliw_Sirrom, we are so sorry to know your package still hasn't been registered, the repair time frame was expected to be delayed due to the epidemic and we are working to overcome the impact of the COVID-19. I managed to get your case number via your Forum account and have informed the local team to handle your case in priority, I will also keep an eye on it.
For the blank info under My Case, are you logging the same email account you left in the case?

I read your reply earlier today and looked at my case and it was still blank at that point but now in the evening it is back perhaps it was a temporary bug.

I was a bit worried that the case would have been lost.

And I also got an update telling me that the drone was received.
Now everything is back to be ordinary.
