Hello.
I just purchased a pre-owned Inspire 2 w/ x5s camera.  The drone was purchased last year from the seller and he had to send it back twice for repair (no crash).  He received a third brand new UAV from you all in Feb of this year, 2020.  That is the drone I have purchased.   4 hours flight time on it.   
I am wanting to check and see if any warranty is still with this drone and if I can purchase DJI refresh?   Can you check date of purchase for the unit?  and if any warrany is still available?

Hi Mitch, thanks for your support to Inspire 2, the warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, please check the data on the proof of the purchase.
If the drone was never bound to DJI Care Refresh, you could purchase it, it is recommended to email to djicare@dji.com with the SN number to check its DJI Care Refresh history.\
