I bought a dji Mavic pro 2on Saturday... when connect drone to computer this message pops up firmware incompatibility detected some modules and current device. Update your firmware... I hit confirm then it starts downloading then failed on uploading 85% then error message appears  but it won't let me update lastest Version  v01.00.0510 keep failing updates... I'm tired of trying  help please

Download the DJI Assistant and connect the drone via usb to your computer.  You can then refresh the firmware there.  

I downloaded dji assistant 2, There’s no feature to downgrade or factory reset.. Is there any other way to get those features on the dji assistant?

Contact Tech support. Especially since you just purchased the drone.
