I need to calibrate the vision sensors on my Phantom 4 Pro.  To do that, I need the DJI Assistant 2; however, my Apple computers have trouble.  I can download the DJI app, but cannot intall it without something called Horndis.  My computer will not download Horndis, simply tells me it is not compatible with Apple.  So I bought a PC specifically for calibration.  Unfortunately, apparently a monitor resolution not supported by the computer is required by the DJI Assistant 2.  Can't tell you what that requirement is, because I cannot find it listed on any tutorial, youtube, forum, etc.  

Can't fly my Phantom until I calibrate, but I am at a dead end.  Hate to take the time to ship it off for repair, but again, at a dead end.

I used my 2016 15" MBP operating under Catalina 10.15.5 to calibrate the vision sensors on my Phantom 4 Pro last week.  All worked well.  Can you give us more information on you situation:

- Which Mac computer?
- What operating system?
- What version of Assistant 2?
- Screen shot of Horndis failing to download.

Without this information it will be difficult to help you.

I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for reaching out.  You may give a try to change the resolution of your screen for your reference you may take a look at this information. It is recommended to use a monitor with a size of 14 inches or more, and a curved screen is not supposed to be used. Set the display resolution to the recommended value (usually 14 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 17 inches for 1366*768 or 1280*720; 19 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 22 inches for 1680) *1050 or 1920*1080; 24 inches for 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). I will be posting an official DJI tutorial video on how to properly calibrate the vision system of the DJI Phantom 4 Pro.
