Hello,
two weeks ago and after multiple email to support I'm still awaiting RMA number and instruction to return and refund a new Mavic Air 2 due to missing Airsense and european drone identification tagging.
I tried the online chat but it seems they are working only on drone technical issues.
Please help on the subject.
