I'm trying to build a small and light quadcopter around 200 - 220 size around a Naza M Lite.I have some problems in getting stability: the drone seems to be overreactive woth fast oscillation as if the gains were too high (they aren't).

I used gains in the range 30-70 and attitude always at 100 without success.
Is there any reason why a Naza Lite shouldn't be ok for such a drone?
Thank you
Paolo

My hardware:
Carbon fibre frame 220 size
4 in 1 esc
4 motors 2300 kv
Propellers 2 blades 5x3
Battery 3s 1300 mah
RTF weight around 400 g

Hi Paolo, i've mine with ZMR250 frame, it flies great and stable you can set PID as following : 60,40,45 for attitude all 125, i found that you should keep tuning and see what result is, no one is come with perfect tuned unless is prebuilt/rtf drone

Thank you for your reply, actually I also have been able to set it correctly, I solved some instability problems connecting the controller to the frame without any dampening material and avoiding as much as possible any vibration in the frame.
Bye

Hi there, i've built mine too on ZMR250 frame, it flies good but still having issue on yaw movement, so many threads i read it's big issue for yaw, recalibrated, set GPS mounting, already done before but the issue still left, i wondering if your ZMR250 having this issue also?
