I placed an order (#0617912820095) for the Mavic Mini Fly More Combo on June 3rd and it still has not shipped.Almost 2 weeks and you still haven't shipped my order?
Considering I could have ordered elsewhere (ie: Apple) and had my order already. So far I am not impressed DJI !

Hi DJI Mindy. I understand every company is under increased pressure due to COVID-19.
However this is getting a little ridiculous.

I was told last Friday by email that my order would be shipped in 3 days, and now you are telling me 2 days. I feel like I am just waiting for the "luck of the draw" for my order to actually be shipped which is no way for a company to conduct business.

Considering I can collect the Mavic Mini Fly More Combo from a local retailer either today or tomorrow, what assurance can you give me that my order from DJI will actually be dispatched within the NEW timeframe you have provided?

What are my order cancellation options at this point?
