Hi there, sorry for the late response and the shipment delay, as per checking the order at this time, it has been shipped and you should have received the tracking number, hope you will receive it soon.
Hi DJI Mindy. I understand every company is under increased pressure due to COVID-19.
However this is getting a little ridiculous.
I was told last Friday by email that my order would be shipped in 3 days, and now you are telling me 2 days. I feel like I am just waiting for the "luck of the draw" for my order to actually be shipped which is no way for a company to conduct business.
Considering I can collect the Mavic Mini Fly More Combo from a local retailer either today or tomorrow, what assurance can you give me that my order from DJI will actually be dispatched within the NEW timeframe you have provided?
What are my order cancellation options at this point?
