Hi,  i have problems with my phantom 4.   i bought controller gl300f and drone is phantom4  and it seems hard to get those to pair. tried to upgrade the controller with dji go app the firmware version is v01.04.01.00 ,  1.9.2+.  when i try to link rc with drone it says linking complete but controller led doesnt change colour and app says aircraft disconnected.  
drone upgrade keeps failing when i try to upgrade it with dji assistant 2.  no picture from camera and it dont let me even start motors or anything else. overall status ABNORMAL.
what can i do?

Sorry for the difficulties on linking, the latest firmware version of Phantom 4 aircraft is v02.00.0810. Please ensure to update the firmware of RC and the aircraft to the latest versions. If the issue persists, may we have the serial number of the aircraft and the RC?

I've been trying to update the drone but it keeps on failing.  It downloads firmware but update fails.
What is the latest firmware to rc?

The latest firmware version of GL300F is V 1.4.1.0, the latest Aircraft Firmware of Phantom 4 is v02.00.0810. May we also confirm whether you've selected the correct aircraft type? Please select Phantom 4.

Yes I have selected the phantom 4.  I'll try to update the drone, It still fails to to upload.
Controller firmware is ok
