Today I've got DJI Fly 1.1.5 (for Android) Cant see any difference/features

Same as what's new description like in 1.1.4

Probably debugged 1.1.4

probably because of mavic air 2 firmware upgrade - they either screwed something and now are fixing it or adding new functionality made available through the firmware.i just hope they won't screw something on the mini...

What’s New

- Updates icons for the remote controller signal and GPS signal.

- Adds Target Scanning toggle in Control settings. When enabled, aircraft will automatically scan and display targets in the Camera View (only compatible with Mavic Air 2).

- Free Hyperlapse mode now supports the Spotlight function. After users drag a box to select a target, the target automatically stays centered in the shot (only compatible with Mavic Air 2).

- Fixes crashing issues and improves app stability.

Simple thing they cant done..the icon color of signal , sat ,  batt %  still in white...its s*uck to see when the camera upper is sky ,  make the icon disepear

I can't believe it's so hard to put a transparent bar under the icons in the top row. DJI please do it.

I noticed, that battery icon becomes red below 30% now. As I remember, before it was red below 20%.
Also at 7% I got a message something like this: "Battery power is limited. Drone performance reduced for safe flight. Please go home."
I didn't see it before update 1.1.5 Maybe I didn't have experience with 7%

Updated DJI Fly app on my Motorola G7 Power and will take it up for a flight at the house late this afternoon...

You want to be catching or landing at 10% because the Mini is trying to do a force landing.

Mavic Mini start force landing after 5%. But even at this moment you still can push it up by left stick. Of course, such low battery condition shouldn't be in the normal flights, but it is good to know for emergency needs.

Never looked that close while dropping over tree line toward landing zone. Doesn't happen all the time, think goodness. Just wanted to give you a heads up but sounds like you've experienced it yourself

By the Fly app sharing same software with Air 2 and the Mini I'm sure we'll get some drippings as they fine tune the 2. It happened in the editor.

how about the incessant beep?

It's so peaceful as we enjoy flying the Mini, not a care except for piloting your Mini and then BEEP, BEEP and you have this filling everybody and thing is watching you.... well maybe not that bad or is it.
I wonder if connecting a set of head sets either by Bluetooth or wired would help. Never ready checked if it's using mobile device speaker. If I can get up tomorrow I'll try but if someone gets to first, share.

On 30% there is no beeping, I did not tested lower battery level under 20% and less because the weather is bad and I leave battery on 28-29% in the box.

well latest 4 or more iterations are pretty much bugfixes and functionality for the air 2, i am pretty sure in the future will be the same. most will be for the air 2 as newest and more expensive drone. the mini is at more or less stable version of the software so i doubt much functionality will be release if any at all... will be lucky if they fix the existing annoying bugs...probably if they happen to the air 2 owners only. they cannot get rid of the ridiculous bluetooth disable issue which is present since the beginning and not to mention the icons, so i won't put my hopes up for anything...

Well giving the fact that the  sdk  will be released  around  the 13th of july  2020 , we may be in for a surprise.  Also if no features are  added, with  the  sdk we  still have a  chance  for  3rd party apps (check out litchi) to implement what  is missing  (active  track, waypoint etc)

I assume you are asking about my phone specifically.  My phone is a moto g(7) power.  I can't find anyplace that lists numbers similar to what you posted.  As for Android firmware version, mine is system 9 build number PDOS29.114-134-15  I have DJI fly version 1.1.5 as downloaded from the Google Play Store.
I don't know if that helped...

So is the remote speaker disconnected/all sounds (and annoying alarm) redirected to headphones?

Sorry didn't do a complete test the point I did experience  was at beginning of flight setting home pointand activating RTH. What I need to do on my next flight is mute my device speaker and listen if that Beep is like you say just in the remote.

Thanks for your reply and the useful info, I only see it now. That's right, I was asking for info for this phone that I also have.
You can find the version fo your phone in the system info. In any case, just for your info, XT1955-4 is the G7 power dual sim and XT1955-2 is the G7 power single sim. However, I don't think it makes a difference while using the app.
My Android 9 is build number PDOS29.114-134-13 (probably the difference is due to the European version).
Going beyond these technical info, from what I understand you can use the app well, which is a good thing! I'll try soon the Mini of a friend with my phone before buying it.

I have Mavic Air2 . I can connect it with  my Ipad Air 2 properly  but  not for my  Samsung A9 Pro  (Android Version 8.00 , 64bit  CPU  , RAM 4GB  , Internal memory 32GB ) .
Does DJI fly  need higher android version ?

Join the club! Loads of iOS users are having the same problem.  Try it in Airplane mode, should work OK (apparently, it's something to do with Facebook - go figure!!)

I normally use my android, but have tested 1.1.5 on my iCrapPhone 8 and it works fine.  However I don't have facecrap installed on anything.
