Exuse my english...
can't play my 4k videos capture with my Mavic Air 2 drone on my computer.

I play it in VLC.
I have a fresh copie of windows 10 and latest drivers for grafikcard.
I have tried to play it in 3 diferent computers and there it works. and they dont have 4k screens.


3 Screens: 2 full hd and 1 4k: Acer 28" Nitro XV280K 4K FreeSync
prossesor: Intel Core i7 6700K 4.0 GHz 8MB
motherboard: MSI Z170A MPOWER GAMING TITANIUM
ram: Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3000MHz CL15
Grafik: MSI Radeon R9 390X 8GB Gaming
m2 hard drive: Corsair Force MP510 SSD 960GB M.2 NVMe

Hello,

Did you try to update the graphic display drivers ?  It can happen you can find newer versions online for this...
Are multiple screens connected to the computer ?
Does the player starts completely normal during the first moments ?

And is there only a problem with Mavic-generated movies ?

Make sure you copy the files to the SSD on your computer before playing them, do not try to play them directly off the SD card.

I have the latest graphic display drivers.
I have tride just to have 1 screene connected but same problem, and its a 4k screene.
the movie klipp starts and i can se perfect for about 1ms the it starts getting gay and pixel.

sems like it is! I have shootet a 4k on my iphone and thats no problem to watch.

No I have it om my ssd. as you can se below.
m2 hard drive: Corsair Force MP510 SSD 960GB M.2 NVMe

I have install Adobe Premiere Pro and in that program its working to watch!
But still problem in VLC on my computer.

So you can eliminate the problem to the VLC ? Other programs are working properly ?

Did  you check for any other or newer version of VLC ?

latest 64bit on VLC. I have test another program that calls 5KPlayer, same problem there

Are the playback files H264 or H265?  I see your i7 is only a 6 series, this might be an issue for H265

H264 is it recorded with. what I know.

Maybe some other try-out...
On the DJI-site, some Windows drivers can be downloaded... not sure if it will help you, but maybe there is an influence and worth trying...

iPhone 4K ≠ Mavic 4K, the latter requires far more resources to play. Seems like you need a more powerful graphics card.
