I have the focus knob attached to the ronin, i'm using the proper settings for it to work with focus and all that. The issue is that i can't use my monitor... when i hook it up, its just a black screen. i can't figure out what i have to set to make it so that they both work. any suggestions?

yeahhhh i should have included that important information haha. sony a7rIII and the monitor is Atomos Shinobi

and the focus knob is hooked up via the usb-c and the monitor is the hdmi to mini.

Same problem, same set up. The issue apparently is a Sony issue and not ronin s. However the a6400 on the ronin sc and shinobi works flawlessly!

I just manually operate the Sony on the ronin s not ideal but needs must.
