I downloaded lastest version (2.0.8) from the DJI download site and I still get "Device is not supported" error. I've tried this from my PC and an my Laptop with no luck. HELP!

I had to shoot video of this so I could capture the error messages. Also, there's no HKLM registry folder, there's a HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\SERIALCOM, but I'm not about to delete it. I was able to navigate to where the two *.inf files were located and right-click->Install with no errors, but re-booting and trying again resulted in the same error. I guess I need to send this back to Best Buy for a refund
