1.png   For the first question, the video streaming is transmitted through THE USB interface, using the cable with both ends of the USB type A interface, as shown in the figure above.

On question 2, for DJI M300 and OSDK 4.0, the control camera, gimbal, Waypoint V2, and Advanced Sensing (video streaming) are all using USB interfaces.

Thank you for answer.
I have additional questions regarding this.

For M210, OSK related ports include USB Port and Expansion Port (Number 3).
Video streaming is a USB port, and is gimbal and camera control through an expansion port, right?
Thank you.

For M210, this is right for OSDK 3.9, but not for 4.0.

Thank you for answer.

For OSDK V4.0.0,  Is it possible to control gimbal, camera and video streaming by connection only the m210's USB port and the manifold's USB port?

I think it is impossible to do that. Because you need to activate the OSDK through the serial port.

Hey, but the M300 only have USB-c (female) osdk interface. will it work if we connect the usb-c to usb port on the onboard computer directly for data connection . ? (like running ROS and accessing drone sensor data)

On DJI Onboard SDK 4.0, these functions are available via USB, but they also need to be connected to the TTL serial port.

DJI M300 RTK OSDK API port is not a standard USB Type C interface. It includes the definition of USB 2.0 and TTL, etc, as described in the OSDK developer documentation.
