Photoshop,  Open -> change format to camera raw.  select file,  press Open

I have found photo editing software adobe photoshop camera techbigs. I find this app very easy to use, lots of features. What an app for newbies like me.

Drag it to the Photoshop Icon in your menu bar, or double click the file and it will open Adobe Camera Raw. Process the file, or just open and save it as a psd file.
