Bought a Phantom 4 Pro in January, flew it around with zero problems for 4 months. In early May I had it fall, hovering at 385 ft and completly wreck. I purchased a 2nd one last week, I flew it 6 times, today I was flying over a lake hovering at 200 ft with less than a 5 mph wind. All of a sudden my controller gave a loud beep and it fell out of the sky and is now 40 ft down at the bottom of the lake. Does anyone have advise on where to go from here? I was in the process of getting DJI Care Refresh activated but even with that my drone is not retrievable adn it would be a void. I am not sure how the warranty works. Please any suggestions would be greatly apprecited. Once is a fluke but twice... I am not very happy and quite a bit has come out of pocket at this point.
