I decided to test out DJI Mavic Air 2's HDR video to see how good it really is.  My goal was not to get the most cinematic looking footage but to see how the HDR video holds up in difficult lighting conditions.
I'd love to get your opinion and thoughts on the HDR video, do you like it, hate it, or are you indifferent?  All of the clips came straight from the camera with no editing.

Nope, no filters. This is just the straight HDR footage.

you really don't wanna use filters on HDR video from my experience with it. It's already lowering the shutter speed to as low as 1/30s to properly expose the darker areas, which creates way too much blur. You don't want to "help" this process any further. Only use filters if you're flying in really bright areas and test your shutter speed with normal video exposed for the darker parts of the image.
An option to limit how low the shutter is allowed to go would be *gold* for this feature.

I definitely think it is a useful tool. It shouldn't be used all the time but it still should be used.

During sunset and sunrise when looking directly at the sun you will sometimes still have either overexposure in the sky or your dark areas will be too dark. But on the whole, HDR does a fairly good job as long as automatic exposure doesn't ruin the shot.

I understood the title differently, because basically there are only 2 shots that would really be relevant to hdr, the rest is unproblematic material.

The title is a little "clickbaity", sorry for the confusion.

I was trying to test out HDR in different scenes, regardless of whether it needed it or not.

Yes i think that too.

Now i have published also one pice of my work, hope you like it too, but it is 2 years old and shot with my sold Air 1. :-)

So... I'm unable to access HDR settings. Any opinions on why firmware is up to date but menu is just now available. I'm using a Note 20 ultra.
