Hi,
I ordered a Mavic Mini and realized the Mavic Air 2 would be a better choice for my use (living in higher altitude and windy place).
So I tried to cancel it and reordered the Air2 unit, however, the Mini order was shown as "partially shipped". An online chat customer service told me that DJI could do nothing but I can refuse the package to get it returned.
I wonder is this feasible? Will I get a full refund after I refuse the package? Will I need to pay other fees like shipping, etc.? If I can I would like to place my new order now.
