I can’t sync on DJI go app at moment.

Keep getting authorisation error. Keep hitting authorise but still crashes at 3% sync every time. Using iPhone 11 and was working fine till two weeks ago.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Yes tried that several times. Reinstalled app twice. Restarted phone several times. Very frustrating!

Delete cash and data before un-/reinstall

Aside there was 2 years ago a bug, kind of like this, every now and then. Which went away "by itself"

Tried deleting cache before installing but didn’t work. Still getting authorisation message as pictured. Wtf

Are you deleting cache AND Data, before uninstalling?

Pushing icon, till it "jiggles", after that chose "delete"?
