Hi

It must be easy for the inspire to carry an atomos ninja star prores/dnxhd recorder (190g).

Is there a possibility to connect the ninja star to an hdmi out onboard the inspire, so that I can record higher quality in flight?

Since Inspire one is an all-in-one quad copter, it's unavailable to carry any other recorder with it.

What is a viable way for the Inspire 1 to be used in a broadcast production? Will lightbridge allow output from the hdmi right into a video switcher?

In theory yes but don' t forget it doesn' t output HD (only 720).
Also, how would you genlock the device?
I'm not sure how  the remote will handle the handshake protocol for reestablishing HDMI connection in the event of video loss.
