take a close look , I might not understand  this so Please do explain to me what to do?   This is spot meter. if I  want to enable it after its Desabled, how on earth do I do,what to do.

turn on camera press back to desable, then when finished the shot I must stop the video and its ENABLED again.

Why on Earth do we want Spot Meter ENABELED on  ALL videos?
